We walk the site with you, talk through scope, and give you an honest range before anything is drawn. No charge, no pressure.

Design & Estimate
Drawings plus a line-item estimate you can actually read — materials, labor, and allowances broken out separately instead of buried in one number.

Permits & Pre-Construction
We pull the permits, book the trades, and lock the schedule before anyone swings a hammer. This is the step most delays come from, so we finish it first.
- 04
Construction
One project manager, one phone number, and a written update every week — where we are, what's next, and anything that changed.
- 05
Walkthrough & Close-Out
We walk the finished job with you and close the punch list before we hand over keys, along with warranty paperwork and finish specs for your records.
